Privacy notice
Untamed takes trust seriously. We never sell, rent or trade email lists – or use your data for any purpose other than what you’ve agreed to. In this Privacy Policy, you'll find details of when we collect your personal information, how we use it, and how you can control it at any time. It's yours, after all.
Types of data we collect
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to help it run effectively and provide the best experience for our visitors. Cookies are small pieces of data that websites store on a device so they can remember preferences and understand how people use different features. We use the following cookies on the Untamed website (which can be deleted from your browser at any time – or you can set your browser to block cookies):
Crumb – this lasts for the duration of your visit and helps prevent cross-site request forgery (a way for hackers to trick browsers into performing unwanted actions).
RecentRedirect – this lasts for up to 30 minutes after you leave our site and prevents redirect loops.
ss_cid – this lasts up to two years and is used to identify unique visitors and tracks a visitor’s sessions on our site.
ss_cvr – this lasts up to two years and is used to identify unique visitors and tracks a visitor’s sessions on our site.
ss_cvisit – this lasts up to 30 minutes after you leave our site and is used to identify unique visitors and tracks a visitor’s sessions on our site.
ss-cvt – this lasts up to 30 minutes after you leave our site and is used to identify unique visitors and tracks a visitor’s sessions on our site.
ss-cpvisit – this lasts up to two years and is used to identify unique visitors and tracks a visitor’s sessions on our site.
ss_cookieAllowed – this lasts up to 30 days and is used to remember if a visitor agreed to our privacy notice (so we don't keep bothering them with a pop-up banner every time they...well, pop by).
Google Analytics
When someone visits the Untamed website, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Access to your personal information
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer, Grant Saunders.
